Mr. Santiago F. Ducay

Mr. Ducay is a graduate of Economics and has a postgraduate degree in Development Planning, Economics, Demography, Urban and Regional Planning. He worked with the Government Agencies namely the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and the Housing and Urban Development  Coordinating Council (HUDCC) as Chief Economist and Deputy Secretary General, respectively. He also served as Executive Director of the  Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA).  Mr. Ducay has an extensive training and work  experience in Social Services, Housing , Population and Demography, Development Planning, Economics, Public Finance and Urban and Regional Planning.
